Bath City Centre
A little used Georgian apartment in the centre of Bath, we were called in by the owner whose main residence was abroad to work our magic over one weekend.
He had placed the apartment up for sale but at the last minute realised heavy competition in the area could mean his apartment was left lingering on the market. He knew it had to look fantastic as he wanted to sell quickly!
The apartment was light and airy but the whole place was like an unused bachelor pad, the study was full of clutter and you couldn't move for boxes & files. It definitely needed a few homely and stylish finishing touches.
We reorganised the furniture, bought in a few new accessories, completely restyled the study and gave the bathroom and kitchen a bit of a make over with some contemporary bits and pieces. The apartment looked totally different and reinvigorated!
The apartment went back on the market on the Monday morning and by the end of the second week, 3 offers for the full asking price had been made with other interested buyers queuing up to view it.
