Bristol - Finishing touches!
This bathroom was superb, large shower, supersize showerhead, double ended bath, contemporary towel rail, wall mounted toilet ...... You can’t see it but it also has under-floor heating and a demister pad behind the mirror to prevent it steaming up!
So why did they need a Property Stylist? For more than 18months the busy time poor owners had been deliberating about the sink and counter top. They couldn’t decide between, limestone, tile, laminate or wood and had absolutely run out of inspiration to complete their dream bathroom.
Most of the surfaces were pale, white suite, white tiles in the shower, limestone floor and wall tiles and white towel rail however, a small band of natural limestone and darker brown tiles had been used to break up the white in the shower. We decided to use this subtle line as our starting point and recommended using a gorgeous piece of Iroko wood, specially sanded and sealed to prevent water marks and a semi counter top sink in a contemporary design.
The previously messy and unfinished space was soon turned into a relaxing ‘spa like’ zone with the smart new counter top and sink plus a few fashionable accessories, warm fluffy towels and two new paintings - thankfully the owners were delighted!
