A ‘compact and bijou’ 1 bed apartment in a central location, ideal for those working in the city….The apartment had been on the market for a good few weeks before we became involved and the agents were hard pushed to get anyone interested in it at all. So what was preventing the sale?? To begin with the photos were drab and boring; it wasn’t furnished and looked very small, it was easily passed over on the internet for brighter more appealing properties as it was hard to imagine just how nice the property could look!
We came up with a simple rental package of furniture and accessories, styled the apartment to include an eating and relaxing area but kept to the modern minimalist look dictated by the space. New photos and details were prepared by the agent and…19 viewings were booked in the first week after the styling, selling for the asking price very soon after!
