London (Wimbledon)
A two bedroom 1930’s maisonette near Wimbledon town centre, this apartment had been let for approximately 5 years when the owner decided to sell. Slightly tired, in need of some definite ‘tlc’ and serious styling, we also had to improve the kerb appeal to entice the viewers in.
The whole job took a couple of weeks to complete but the owner was astonished to find that we had added over £40,000 to the expected value of his property and he sold within a week of going on the market!
